The Odoo Solution
Al Junaidi implemented Odoo as a fully integrated ERP covering Accounting, Sales, CRM, Inventory, Purchase, Manufacturing, Helpdesk, and Maintenance. In addition, customized modules were developed specifically for the fabricator industry, including cut list management, cutting optimization, production floor management, machine utilization tracking, and preventive maintenance. CRM was extended to full customer lifecycle management, and HR was integrated to support workforce planning.
