Job Description
As an Odoo Functional Consultant, you will play a crucial role in understanding and analyzing our clients' business processes to implement effective Odoo solutions. You will work closely with clients to gather requirements, provide insights, and ensure that the Odoo platform is tailored to meet their specific needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and understand clients' business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Collaborate with clients to gather and document functional requirements for Odoo implementations.
- Configure and customize Odoo modules to align with business needs and workflows.
- Provide training and support to clients on Odoo functionalities and best practices.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure successful implementation and user satisfaction.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Odoo applications.
- Stay updated on Odoo features and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and map complex business processes.
- Proficiency in Odoo ERP modules and functionalities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Relevant certifications in Odoo or ERP systems are a plus.
